25 – story, 192 – unit residential high-rise; 233 parking stalls; 7,000 SF retail

Rising above Sunset Boulevard near the historic Cinerama Dome, this 25-story residential high-rise was designed to contribute to Hollywood’s evolving skyline. A mix of residences, retail, and amenities activated the street, reinforcing the vibrancy of the neighborhood. Deep terraces offered private outdoor space with sweeping city views, while a glass façade captured the shifting light of Los Angeles. Thoughtfully integrated into its urban context, this was a proposed design for GPI Partners, shaping a new vision for high-density living in Hollywood.
