40 – unit, 100 suite co-living apartment building

This 40-unit, 100-suite co-living apartment building occupies a corner lot in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. The seven-story building consists of one level of below-grade parking, a two-level, Type I concrete podium with five levels of Type IIIA wood-frame construction above. An amenitized roof deck consists of lanscaped open space for residential use. The project utilizes Tier-3 T.O.D. development incentives.
